The age of 5G is approaching. With the update and upgrade of electronic products, the power consumption of equipment increases continuously, and the calorific value also increases accordingly. To solve this problem, electronic products will be designed with materials with higher thermal conductivity. In order to achieve the large-scale wireless data transmission required by the new 5G wireless standard, the wavelength of the spectrum needs to be extended to millimeters. Because of their fast bandwidth range, millimeter waves are largely unregulated, making them ideal for data transmission.For the application of millimeter wave, it is very important to reduce electromagnetic interference. Due to the small wavelength and poor effect of traditional shielding technology, materials suitable for the millimeter wave range should be selected for EMI control.
